At Vancouver Metal Art School, Jewelry design is viewed as an art having developed over thousands of years, more than a mere decoration, with a rich history that helps to fuel future evolution of the art form. VMAS focuses students on technique and design development, as well as formal training in ‘Old World’ technologies’ to develop the next generation of ‘form givers’ within society.
